Budd’s Broiler

This former banquet facility located in Richland, Washington was given new life as a premier steakhouse, a new concept for Anthony’s Restaurants. The project challenge was to take an existing structure and to greatly update both the exterior and interior to provide a completely new guest experience. As the Designer in charge of the project, my roll included all items described for Anthony’s Restaurants on the portfolio page.

Special items of note are a new covered walkway structure to enhance the guest arrival experience, all new interior finishes, a new exhibition cooking area, resourcing of unique decor items, commissioning of custom and localized artwork. I especially love the vintage salvaged ‘Restaurant’ sign installed in the entry hall.
