A new, modern residence meant to take full advantage of the amazing views and allow the client to entertain on a grand scale. The residence includes numerous special features including an open floor plan with exhibition style kitchen, formal and casual dining areas allowing for the seating of 24 guests in close proximity, wine cellar, swimming pool and multiple water features. I provided full design services for the project including architectural and interiors. This included the selection of color and finish material as well as new furnishings mixed with the clients existing items. The 7,800 square foot residence is located on a complicated hillside site with multiple restrictions related to view corridors.
