Pizzeria Fondi

A new Neapolitan style pizza concept developed with Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. of Seattle Washington. This particular store was located across from University Village. My roll included initial concept development for the first location in Kent, progressing to refinement of the concept to three other locations in the Puget Sound region. The design included traditional elements mixed with contemporary and industrial accents. The Concept was to provide maximum seating providing a high guest count to increase revenue while not diminishing the overall guest experience.

The dining area was focused on an exhibition cooking station with minimal back-of-the-house being provided as to not waste any square footage. Custom designed artwork is mixed with several curated items. All reinforcing the overall concept.
